Following the overwhelming success of Laing & Buisson’s first annual Independent Healthcare Convention in 2007, the event is set to become bigger and more inclusive of both the health and care sectors in 2008.

The 2007 Convention concentrated on all aspects of acute healthcare provision (including mental health and primary care) and healthcare funding. Now, in 2008, a second day has been added to the Convention to include those issues relevant to the long-term and specialist care arenas.

This, the second annual Independent Health & Care Convention will be held on 16-17 September 2008 at the Brewery, London. It will offer a unique opportunity for organisations to place their businesses in front of the key personnel from the independent sector.
